Adult Connect Groups: A Vital Step in Our Path to Discipleship

 

One of the most meaningful aspects of our Path to Discipleship is participation in adult Connect Groups. These groups consist of individuals who come together around a shared activity or common interest. Within each group, members experience genuine fellowship and engaging conversation in a close-knit setting that fosters connection and belonging.

 

Connect Groups are designed to go beyond casual gatherings—they’re about building community, nurturing discipleship, and forming lasting relationships. It’s a place to find encouragement, friendship, and people to walk alongside in your spiritual journey.

 

New groups are forming regularly, and there are openings in many of our existing Connect Groups.

We offer a variety of Connect Groups designed to bring people together through shared interests, activities, and meaningful fellowship. Here are just a few you can join:

 

Christian Crafters: Love quilting, sewing, or needlework? Pull up a chair and enjoy creative projects and warm fellowship with others who share your passion.

 

Date Night: This group meets monthly to help couples prioritize quality time together. Whether you're with friends, partners, or spouses, it's all about putting the "us" back into your schedule.

 

Game Night: If you enjoy board games, cards, trivia, and laughter, this group is perfect for you. Come ready to play and connect!

 

Going to the Movies: Whether heading to the theater or hosting movie nights at home, this group enjoys films, movie snacks, and lively discussions.

 

Hiking: Explore God’s beautiful creation with short to moderate hikes in local parks. A great way to connect with nature and each other.

 

Let's Talk Shop: Share your woodworking and handyman skills and be ready to  learn from others. This group also works on building projects for the church.
